On Tuesday July 6, 2010 at approximately 11:10 p.m. a 16-year-old male and three 15-year-old females were socializing in Storie Park at Mill Street and Simcoe Street South in Oshawa. A male approached the teenagers with a flashlight and microphone device on his chest area. The suspect began yelling obscenities and demanding the teens get down on the ground.
